We're one step away from United States
The product already works, and it's the same in every country: invoicing, banking, bookkeeping, documents and Odi. What we're finishing is the United States layer, its taxes and its payroll. In the meantime you can see the whole thing running for real in Spain.
Data Deletion
How to request that your personal data be deleted from Odiverse: what gets deleted, who resolves the request, and within what timeframe.
1. What can be deleted
Your data as a contact, client, or employee
It is anonymized (right to erasure). Your tax identifier is kept when accounting and tax law requires it; the rest of your personal data is not. Anonymization is blocked while there are open invoices or recent e-invoicing records the law requires us to keep for a set period.
Your account and the whole company
You can request that the company be closed. Deletion is scheduled with a grace period — 90 days for paying customers, 30 days for trial-only accounts — during which everything can still be recovered. Once that period ends, deletion is final and applies to all of the company's data.
2. How to request it
The path depends on who you are within your company:
- If you're the sole administrator of your company: you can close the account yourself from the web app, under Settings → Security.
- If you're not the sole administrator (you're an additional user, or an employee): request it from My Account, in the web app. The request is recorded and automatically notifies your company's administrators, who resolve it.
- If you only use the mobile app, or don't have access to the web app: email info@odiverse.com with your name and company, and we'll take care of it through that channel.
3. Timeframes
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to a response within one month of your request (GDPR Art. 12.3), extendable up to three months for especially complex cases.
The grace period for a company closure is 90 days for paying customers or 30 days for trial-only accounts, as noted above: during that time you can change your mind and recover your data before final deletion.
