Does time tracking meet the rules?
Time records are kept to the applicable working-time regulation and export on demand when an inspection asks for them.
What can each person see?
Only their own: their payslips, their holiday balance, their clock-ins and their contracts. There is no way for them to see a colleague’s data.
Do I have to answer everything myself?
No. Odi handles the everyday employment questions from the portal itself, and anything that needs your sign-off, such as a holiday request, reaches you for approval.
