Incorporation papers, contracts, insurance policies, powers of attorney and whatever arrives through the mailbox. It comes in classified, is stored by its type, and is found by what it is, not by what you happened to call the file.
Nothing is deleted, and you can see who did what
Every upload and every change leaves its mark with a name and a date. The day someone asks who held that contract and since when, the answer is already written down.

Who can see each document?
You decide, person by person. They're the same permissions as the rest of Odiverse, so there's no second list to keep in sync.
Can I upload a document and have it read itself?
Yes. Company documents are read and fill in your master data, with the source of each field on show so you can correct it.
