Sovereignty
Your company's accounting truth lives on our own infrastructure in the European Union, and nothing is ever deleted: every figure comes from a recorded fact. That isn't an option you buy separately, it's how it's built.
And the intelligence isn't someone else's either. Odiverse doesn't think through a third party's interface: it uses our own API, with a catalogue of open models that keeps growing, and you choose which one you want. When your judgement or your regulation asks for more, the instance is yours and the model runs where you say.
Our founding principle fits in one sentence. In practice it's an architecture with two halves: the GPU interprets (reads documents, converses, proposes) and the CPU calculates (accounting, taxes and payroll come out of deterministic code that doesn't improvise).
A tax return isn't filed because a model wants to: it's filed when the code validates and you confirm. Every action is recorded, and nothing runs without you.
The value isn't the chat. What makes an agent useful is the model of the company it works on: your invoices with their hash chain, your accounts with their history, your agreements, your permissions. That layer has a name: ontology, the map of what things are in your business and how they relate.
Odiverse agents operate on that living model, with the same rules and permissions as a person on your team. Whoever defines the meaning of your data controls your business. We believe it should be you.
We share the position publicly defended by everyone from Jensen Huang (NVIDIA) to Alexander Karp (Palantir): open models are the way forward for enterprise AI, because they are the only ones you can own, inspect and host wherever you decide.
We don't say it on faith: we measure it, and we do it continuously, because this month's best model is rarely next month's. And measuring has taught us something that weighs more than the choice of model: reliability and cost depend on the design of the system by orders of magnitude more than on the model inside it. An excellent model in a sloppy system gets things wrong; a modest one, with clear rules, bounded tools and a brake before it writes, does not.
Every technology wave redistributes who does the work. For decades, administration was the toll of running a company: hours, per-user licences and implementation projects.
What comes next is software that works: agents that execute on the model of your company, get paid for the work done, and leave judgement and decisions to people. Odiverse exists so administration stops being the toll.
