AI-first accounting for Irish businesses
Xero is popular in Ireland — but bolting AI onto a traditional tool isn’t the same as building with AI at the core. Odiverse gives you a real AI team member that handles invoicing, accounting, VAT, PAYE and treasury in one place.

True AI assistant, not a bolt-on
Odi is built into the core of Odiverse — it reads invoices, posts journals, reconciles bank feeds and answers your questions in plain English. Xero's "Just Ask Xero" is a search layer added on top of a traditional interface.
Irish tax compliance out of the box
VAT at 23/13.5/9/0%, Revenue Online Service integration, PAYE Modernisation and e-Invoicing readiness for the 2028 mandate — all included. Xero covers VAT but charges extra for payroll and lacks e-Invoicing support.
All-inclusive pricing, no surprise add-ons
Odiverse includes invoicing, accounting, payroll, treasury and AI in one plan. Xero starts at €12.50/mo but most Irish businesses need the €39/mo Growing plan plus paid add-ons for payroll, analytics and multi-currency.

Switch from XeroFrequently asked questions
Can I migrate my data from Xero to Odiverse?
Yes. Odiverse imports your chart of accounts, contacts, open invoices and bank transactions from Xero. Our migration team handles the switch so you can be up and running within a day, with no data loss.
Does Odiverse connect to Irish banks like AIB and Bank of Ireland?
Absolutely. Odiverse supports Open Banking feeds from AIB, Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, Revolut, N26 and other Irish and EU banks. Transactions are categorised automatically by Odi.
Is Odiverse ready for Ireland’s e-Invoicing mandate?
Yes. Odiverse already supports EN 16931 structured invoices and the Peppol network, so you will be fully compliant when Ireland’s e-Invoicing obligation takes effect in 2028. Xero does not currently offer e-Invoicing in Ireland.
