Whoever reports can do so without giving their name. And the person responsible for the channel is a separate designation: no role grants it, not even the administrator's.
With deadlines and acknowledgement
Every report records when it came in and when it was acknowledged, and no step can be deleted. The case file is the record itself, not an email in somebody's inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Can the administrator read the reports?
Not by being the administrator. Only whoever is designated as responsible for the channel, and that designation is kept apart from permissions for exactly this reason.
What if the report is about the person running the channel?
That's why the owner is a designation and can be changed at any moment, and every change is recorded with its date.
