Every file is validated by its actual content, not just its extension. What should not get in, does not get in.
How does the mail get here?
Your company gets its own address the moment it signs up. Forward whatever you are sent, or give the address to your suppliers so they write to it directly.
What happens to each attachment?
It is read and classified as an invoice, a document, or unclassified. If it is an invoice you process it in one click, through the same review step as a manual upload. If it is not, it is filed where it belongs.
